Reporting to the VP of Customer Services the Director of Dynamic Decisioning is a new leadership role focused on implementing and managing our rapid fraud identification and Level 1 response effort strategy. This individual will need to hire, train, and deploy a team of highly capable Decisioning Specialists, Data Scientists, and Program Managers who must:

  • Work as a highly functioning unit, in high-pressure situations, to protect our customer’s integrity and trust with their consumers.
  • Leverage their collective analytical acumen and disciplined rigor to identify abnormal patterns of our decisioning algorithms behavior in a multitude of data environments to uncover areas of potentially fraudulent acts in customer environments.
  • Utilize their collective problem solving capabilities, and command of our decisioning language to rapidly test, confirm, and deploy updates that stop the abnormal decisioning (or fraudulent) behavior on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Deliver detailed recording for customer advisement on root cause analysis, mitigation actions, and possible long-term strategy preventative measures.

Additionally, this role will focus on enhancing this vision by reviewing team structure, processes, and key performance indicators so we may drive better scale and customer results. They are expected to build and lead a team that promotes and exemplifies our core values without sacrificing business outcomes. Finally, they must collaborate deeply with other leaders in Customer Success and our Research, Product, and Sales organizations.

  3. Collaboration excellence – you’ve partnered with other key departments and stakeholders to ensure the most efficient readiness and response are documented, democratized, and deployed throughout the company.


  • Director experience leading teams of 5 or more direct reports
  • Target audience experience around Fraud or Risk Management
  • Startup, entrepreneurial company experience; ideally $10-100M scale up experience
  • Vertical industry experience creating game plans and unified strategy; Depth in Wireless, Financial/Banking, HR, Shared Economy or Healthcare (preferred)
  • AuthenticID company values and culture fit
  • Fraud, risk management, strategy consulting, financial accounting or CRM/ERP industry depth (preferred)


  • Bachelor’s Degree in economics, data analysis, business intelligence/analytics or something similar (graduate degree preferred)
  • 10+ years Enterprise B2B2C experience in a data analytics or consulting role
  • 5+ years experience managing direct reports (on-premise &/or remote)
  • Prior background/familiarity in building rapid/incident response teams
  • Communication ninja adept at translating complex technical matters into simple actionable directives
  • Critical thinking, exceptional teaching, and problem solving guru
  • Ability to read and write Javascript, Bash, or something similar (understanding of RESTAPIs preferred)
