The VP of Customer Services is a new senior leadership role reporting to the SVP of Customer Success. This role will manage and guide the implementation and long-term strategy of our Customer Solution, Dynamic Decisioning, and Journey Design teams which focus on the overall administration, analysis, and rapid deployment of our initial identity verification and fraud prevention efforts. Responsibilities will include implementing structure, developing processes, and key performance indicators of scale that result in high fidelity and rapid deployment of our decisioning logic that stops or prevents fraudulent behavior. Building and leading a team that promotes and exemplifies our core values while delivering expected results. Enhancing our analytical prowess and leveraging it to improve our ability to identify actionable trends, educate customers, and promote/execute recommendations that improve the overall performance of our solutions to customers. Collaborating deeply with our Research, Product, and Sales organizations.
